Phoebe is a board-approved supervisor and registered clinical psychologist. She holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Melbourne. She has worked in several large public hospitals in Malaysia and Australia and has special interests in adult mental health, sleep difficulties, schizophrenia, geriatric psychology, PTSD, grief and bereavement, ADHD, ASD, and relationship issues. Her therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBTi), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, positive psychology, motivational interviewing, schema therapy, and mindfulness. Phoebe works collaboratively with clients to help them understand and overcome their difficulties and behaviour patterns, including the causes and effects of unhelpful behaviours, while fostering a more positive view of themselves and the world. She helps clients strengthen their sense of self-worth, practice kindness toward themselves, and create respectful boundaries that support emotional wellbeing and safety in their relationships.
