Dr Peter Sanad is a General Practitioner. Dr Sanad completed his medical degree at Monash University and obtained his general practice fellowship from the RACGP after pursuing hospital training for many years. He is experienced in all aspects of medicine, and is a true generalist practitioner, looking after the health of the whole family, including children. Dr Sanad performs skin checks, skin excisions, and iron infusions. He also performs employment and travel consultations and is a registered Yellow Fever vaccine provider. Dr Sanad has authored a booklet on travel medicine which he distributes during travel consultations and is a member of the International Society of Travel Medicine. Dr Sanad is also an accredited supervisor for Medical Students from Melbourne University, training the next generation of General Practitioners.
Dr Sanad and his wife live locally in Mitcham with their three children and are often seen on walks or at the local café. They are committed Christians and spend much of their time with their church group and young people’s group. They are frequent travellers both within Australia and overseas.
